Reflection means understand and explain your experience  (Costa & Kallick, n.d).

In this section I will present my some of my reflections and the positive results that I will undoubtedly use in my teaching career. 
 

This semester I was able to critically reflect on my lessons in more depth. critical reflection helped me to identify my strengths and weakness and try to develop my self.
