Professionalism is about different standards based on their interactions with students, colleagues, parents, community, staff and administrators.As well, have a strong communication skills and ability to collaborate. Furthermore, it includes also having a good understanding of the curriculum they teach and aware of diversity (Snoek, 2012).

In this section I will present how I developed my communication with , my students, teachers,  parents, and school staff  and the positive results that I will undoubtedly use in my teaching career. 

​

During my teaching practice,  I built a good relationship with my MST, other teachers, Principal, some parents and school staff which built a mutual respect between us therefore, created a positive environment in the classroom and school. As well, motivate the students to learn.  Furthermore, it helped me to improve my performance and increase my capability. 

​

 Early attendance, punctuality, attending different professional development sessions and communication with the stakeholders helped me to become a part of the school and become more expert and professional in teaching.

 

In addition, I participated actively in many activities in the school like reading story with parents and sight words competition and this by helping the English teacher to manage and translate the letters for the parents.

 

 In addition, I  shared the teachers my different ideas in the meeting and during the weekly plan time. Furthermore, I planned different trips connect with a different themes like, Zoo trip and fire fighter station trip. All these activities made me more responsible and  try to do the best.
